I wanted to share some things that help me nip CoVid-19 in the bud! My husband tested positive for it 6 days ago, and I started getting symptoms last night--I started getting a fever that was rising rapidly, and you know that "uh-oh feeling", like, "I can feel something coming on!" I immediately did the following:
1: Prayer!
2: Then: Airborne, Zicam, Elderberry Syrup, Liposomal Vitamin C (1-2 doses) I had some on hand because I made some for my husband--(I like this video: How to Make Liposomal Vitamin C . I also took an herbal pill I have for immunity boosting. And I took Vitamin D & zinc included in a protocol here: Covid19 Critical Care Alliance . (Make sure to download the "I-Mask" sheet but see note below*.) Note that Quercetin and CoQ-10 are very similar. Walgreens had the things on the "I-Mask" sheet pretty much lined up on their shelf! They were almost out 2 weeks ago, so I hope you can find some! (Btw, I do the Vitamin D according to Dr. Joshua Christensen's recommendations): Cornerstone Healing Facebook page
3. I really like Prune Harris' work. I had seen this video before I came down with CoVid, so I did this next: Coronavirus Exercise with Prune Harris
4: Then I did acupressure points for colds and the immune system: This video has the points I used. Really the first 4-5 minutes of the video have the points: Coronavirus: Acupuncture & Herbal Teas For Immune System
But Michael Reed Gach (and Tao Tan) are where I learned about how to do acupressure. Michael Gach has a book called "Aupressures Potent Points" that I've used for years. Now he has this website--and here's Immune Boosting/Cols & Flu info on that website: Immune Boosting Cold & Flu: Gach
5. I have a thing that does Microcurrent. You probably don't have that, so I think the next best thing would be EFT tapping for colds WHILE listening to music that stimulates the immune system. Here are some ideas on that: Music Heals
6. Lucky me, I had some essential oils on hand. I found this website Base Formula (Corona Virus link) and used cinnamon, grapefruit, and tea tree essential oils in a thick lotion, and put the oils on my feet.
7. Then I watched a good movie (so glad I had the time!) By the end of the movie, my fever had already gone down!8. Before I went to bed, I did a Neti Pot sinus wash with a touch of baby shampoo in the sinus wash (this is something I read about in Yahoo news), and this method had helped me when I had an eye and sinus infection a little while ago--some studies found this to help Coronavirus patients...but it's a killer if you put the baby shampoo in before you add the water. You don't the water to have any suds before you do the sinus wash.
9. I had an okay night's sleep--it was rather restless, which I guess is typical of someone with CoVid-19, but I woke up refreshed and with only mild symptoms! Now, be it said that I have type O negative blood, so for you, it may take more work--but these things really helped me and I wanted to share.
10. 8 days later my advice is to continue doing these kinds of things until you are completely better because the virus is very tenacious and will let you know, "I'M STILL HERE!" I would just keep that in mind.
*Note: I would do aspirin alternatives. The body will naturally create melatonin if you don't take aspirin, get morning bright light, and don't eat past 6pm, Also, stay away from caffeine and alcohol, etc. That's a whole other blogpost :-)
